Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements used.
The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you roll a purchased item like an armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for a different one similar one, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.
The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests, or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on the equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.
As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade materials and grant the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is reached.
Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components do not stack with one another, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item to be upgraded. On the right, a preview shows what the gear looks like at its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ depending on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as the number of Upgrade Tokens.
The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. These will provide additional effects or an increase in item level. item upgrading can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, including crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons.
