The Item Upgrader in World of Warcraft
The War Within introduced two gear upgrade currencies: Valorstones and Harbinger Crests. They can be exchanged at the item upgrade r NPCs, Cuzolth and Vaskarn.
Each item can be upgraded to its maximum level for a given slot at a time. After that, upgrades to that slot will be cheaper. In addition the pity system introduced with The War Within lowers extreme variation in the chance to upgrade.
Upgrades
Upgrades are parts that enhance performance or add new features. Upgrades can be earned or purchased in many ways, such as through in-game events or cash shop items.
As opposed to enchantments that can be added to any item, upgrades are attached to specific items and are only used on those items. Therefore, an upgrade cannot be applied to a weapon until it already has been equipped by a player. Some items can be upgraded multiple times, providing a greater benefit to the player.
The mechanism of upgrading is relatively new. It was introduced in patch 4.1.0. The upgrade system allows the player to add additional enhancements to their equipment to increase it's strength. It can range from simple power increases to major damage and defence increases. The upgrades are divided into tracks, and each track has a limit on the amount of upgrade that can be done. Those limits are designed to prevent players from spamming low keystone dungeons to get equipment and then upgrading it all the way up.
Consumables, weapons, and armor are all upgradeable. The majority of gear is upgraded when it drops. However, some items (such Ornn's equipment and the baby Dracolich) aren't upgradeable. Gear can be upgraded by purchasing an upgrade recipe from the vendor and then combining it with the item that is in the appropriate upgrade slot. One can check the amount of upgrades a piece of gear can be upgraded by looking at its inventory icon, or by searching for the item in the shop.
There are two main disadvantages with the upgrade system. The first is that it can be difficult to identify which items are upgradeable, because the upgrade vendors do not always display all of them. In addition, upgrade textures are rendered above the model of the item, which can obscure the enchantment glint as well as other details.
Upgrades can be costly. Each step in a gear's degree of upgrade will cost a certain amount of Valorstones or crests based on the slot and the item level. Weapons generally require more crests and Valorstones to upgrade than gloves or bracers, for example. There are however, a few items in the cash shop that can reduce the cost of upgrading.
Recycle
In the wake of a growing awareness of how single-use products and consumption habits that are wasteful can contribute to environmental degradation, many people are changing their shopping habits. Some are purchasing high-end products that last longer or using their old gadgets as a workaround. Others are prioritizing recycled items and looking for the most recycled content in their purchases. This should help cut down the amount resources required to produce and extract new materials and create an environmentally sustainable world.
Recycling is an integral aspect of this process and it's now much easier for consumers to locate. Many products, such as paper and furniture have a recycled component to them. These products are made of recycled or discarded materials. You can buy them on the internet or in a store. In addition to preserving the environment and reducing waste, these products are usually cheaper than comparable products.
When an item is leveled up it will be rewarded with additional bonuses in addition to its higher stat. These bonuses are based on its tier, and they vary from one kind of bonus to the next. Those with the higher tiers will receive higher bonuses than those on lower levels.
More companies are committed to producing greener products as the world economy shifts away form resource extraction and towards recycling and reusing. A lot of them are focusing their efforts on recycling materials and providing incentives to customers who recycle their products. As the demand for sustainable products grows we can expect to see more recycled products in shops and on shelves.
Rerolls
Rerolling is an essential feature in Genshin Impact, or any other gacha game. Rerolling allows players to play again at an item or character they like for whatever reason, whether it's attractive or they believe it's a great fit for their team.
Rerolls work by allowing players to refresh their items available in the current wave for a small amount materials. Prices for these weapons rise as the number of rerolls increases, but some items may not be available (for instance, characters who exclusively use ranged weapons won't see a melee item).

When an item is upgraded it moves into the Staple Pool and gains extra bonuses. These bonuses are determined by what type of item it is. For example an upgrade that boosts the main stat of a weapon will also boost its secondary stats. If the item is rerolled, the extras will be altered.
If a player has enough stamina for the reroll, they can press a button with circling arrows to swap out their current item for a new one. The new item will come with the same level, but will have it will come with a different set of bonuses, based on whether the old one was a gun, sword or watch, or a book.
Rerolling does not reset an item's current levels of bonus, but players may be required to meet minimum stat requirements for its special ability. It's not easy to get an item of high-level with the bonus you want however this allows them to try another option in future without spending any more resources.
The item will get an tier bonus and will ensure that it will be able to gain some stats in the future. It is important to only upgrade your equipment to the extent you can, as future upgrades will not change the outcome.
Sets
A set is a collection of items that share a common property. They are frequently used in the field of mathematics, and can be represented by a notation like . Sets have many important properties such as the commutative and associative properties. These properties are essential for understanding how sets work and have real-world applications.
The items in a set can be upgraded to gain additional benefits in the game. A set of armor pieces can improve the defense of the armour while weapons can add additional damage base. These additional stats are applied following the base stat of the item, and prior to the flats and percentages. The additional stats can be a great way to enhance the value of an item.
When an item is upgraded it will replace the previous base stat with the new one. For example the weapon that had 20 base damage would now have 40 base damage. The base armor and upgrade requirements will remain. This is a great method to purchase a premium item at a lower cost.
Upgrades to unique items can be very profitable, particularly if the item has an interesting mod. A rare belt that has +5 IAS, for example could have a significant impact on a build's strength especially in early hell. It's also a great way to enhance the value of an item by injecting it with a high or perfect roll.
Item Upgraders work differently for set, unique and rare items. The item will typically be upgraded to its new base type after it is upgraded to level 10. A unique upgrade of an armor item that has the highest defense will result in a similar base type for an elite armor item. It is not a 100% guarantee, and in certain instances, an upgrade will not change the type of item.
It is recommended that players prioritize upgrading their BiS (Best in Slot) items first, and then other non-BiS items. This will provide the player with a solid base to build on when they're trying to level up. They can then concentrate on increasing tiers and gaining additional stats.
